Event | Ag Samhlú Saoil Eile – Imagining An Other World at Siamsa Tíre Theatre & Arts Centre

Event Details

How does Irish language and myth about the Otherworld, and the role of nature within it, speak to us in a time of environmental crisis? These workshops with bilingual collective Scaoilte Theatre use theatre and storytelling to awaken words and stories, and use them to imagine our own ‘other worlds’, of living in tune with our ecosystems. The finished piece of work will be sound recorded and exhibited at Lasta Festival 2026 at the gallery in Siamsa Tíre. Participants and their guests are welcome to attend to enjoy their finished work!
