Earth Rising Festival 2025
Join us for Earth Rising 2025, a vibrant free festival of art, ecology, and ideas. Running from 12 to 14 September, this year’s festival is inspired by Staying with the Trouble, IMMA’s major group exhibition based on Donna Haraway’s influential text. From radical talks to joyful workshops, restorative installations to grassroots action, Earth Rising 2025 features over 50 free events designed to inspire, connect, and activate. IMMA is also thrilled to share that it has officially signed up to Culture Declares Emergency, becoming the first major cultural institution in Ireland to do so. This global movement calls on the cultural sector to respond to the climate and ecological crisis.
The festival opening hours are Fri 12 Sept from 5pm to 9pm; Sat 13 and Sun 14 Sept from 10am to 7pm. Full programme details and booking links are available at the link below. Some events require advance booking. All events are free admission.
