Splinter/Stitch | Mary Butler at Signal Arts Centre

Event Details

Mary Butler’s most recent works include assemblages, sculptures, collages, and
arrangements, all deeply rooted in her commitment to sustainability.

She creates pieces, almost exclusively from recycled materials—wood, textiles, and paper, allowing the materials themselves to guide her process. Her practice reflects the tactile honesty of analogue making; each piece emerges through the interaction of physical materials, intentional processes, and natural
progressions.
