Still Life | Group Exhibition at Artlink

Event Details

Exhibition continues from 01/07/26.

‘Still Life’ is a group exhibition to coincide with ‘Setting’, by Mary O”Malley, artists are invited to interpret this theme in their unique styles, through any medium.

Traditionally, a still life is a composition of objects arranged in quiet suspension: fruit in
a bowl, flowers in a vase, things gathered and made momentarily permanent. Still Life
expands this definition, treating the term not only as a genre but as a question. What is
“still”? What counts as “life”?

Irish American Ceramic artist Mary O’Malley presents ‘Setting’ at Artlink, Fort Dunree.
