Join curator Benjamin Stafford (VISUAL) in conversation with artist Tom Doig about his new exhibition at Studio 12, Paperwork.
Paperwork engages with contemporary collage, exploring the physical and cultural role of paper as a carrier of knowledge. Drawing on found materials such as catalogues and encyclopaedias, Doig’s work reassembles fragments of visual information into new, dislocated narratives.
