Thirty-Six Views of the Sugarloaf includes work by the late artist Cathy Henderson and her collaboration partner Nell Regan. For this talk special guests Catherine Marshall, Tracy Staunton and Patricia Burns reflect on and celebrate the work and legacy of Henderson, their friend and colleague. From her ambitious wood block printing to her ground breaking portraits of cleansing workers (exhibited at Mermaid in 2007), to her designs for the 1913 Lockout tapestry and her work in prisons, Henderson left her mark in many ways. The talk is preceded by a poetry reading by Nell Regan from her new book.
