2026 Opening Party!
Join us for the opening of The Courthouse Gallery & Studios’ 2026 programme with an evening of film, music and celebration. Inspired by Sara Teasdale and Ray Bradbury’s There Will Come Soft Rains, the programme explores resilience, renewal and alternative futures in an age of climate crisis and technological change.
The night features a screening of Fritz Lang’s Metropolis (1927), set in 2026, with a live contemporary score by Gareth Quinn Redmond, Jürgen Simpson and Simon O’Reilly, followed by music and festivities.
