THE PASSING OF TIME | Mairead Geary at Kinsale Library

Event Details

Mairead Geary is a Landscape Artist from Cobh Co Cork. Natural landscapes and forms are the inspiration for all of her paintings. Mairead take photographs of scenes where she find strata & dramatic masses of dark/light, colour & texture. Her process tends to be intuitive, an ongoing negotiation with my materials, constantly resolving conflicts and tensions through the layering of colours and textual elements.
