Arts Council Publish Dignity and Respect at Work Resource Documents

Resource documents to support individuals and arts organisations to develop and review Dignity and Respect at Work policy and procedures have been published and made available on the Arts Council website.

During April, the Arts Council hosted a series of information sessions on the topic of Dignity and Respect at Work. The Council engaged the services of Graphite HRM to facilitate these sessions and to develop resource materials to support individuals and arts organisations’ to develop and review Dignity and Respect at Work policy and procedures. These documents are now available on the Arts Council website.

It is important to note that these documents are offered for guidance only. Each individual/arts organisation should develop/review their own policy and procedure in the area of dignity and respect at work, particularly taking into consideration their own requirements/organisational structure and, if necessary, in consultation with a legal adviser.
