Update from The Visual Artists’ News Sheet

Sustainable Publishing

As many of you will have noticed, last March we replaced VAN’s plastic packaging with a new eco-wrap, for postal distribution to individual members. Given that VAN is printed on newsprint using vegetable-based inks, the publication and packaging (including wrap and sticker) are now fully biodegradable.

In addition, we have recently enhanced the VAN Electronic Edition, available in the Members Area of VAI’s website. If you no longer wish to receive a hard copy in the post, you can select the electronic issue in your member profile.

VAN Nov/Dec Issue

VAN’s current November/December 2022 issue profiles a range of recent projects and exhibitions, including Eco Showboat Shannon Expedition, ‘Performance Ecologies’ at Interface, and Ron Mueck at The MAC, as well as Critique, Member Profiles, Regional Focus articles, and more.

Selected VAN articles are archived on the VAN website.

Contents of past issues are outlined on the VAI website.

Full back issues can be accessed on issuu.com

Advertising

VAI offers several advertising options and bundles, which may be of interest to arts organisations in promoting upcoming events and programmes.
